We recently made something nice and christmassy in my family that I enjoyed so much for several reasons, here are some of then: It involved the children and Rune and me, spending time. It tasted good. And it was quite healthy at the same time. It quickly sold out on the annual christmas market at school. And it involved a lot of creativity from decorating the glasses to the creating the recipy and making the balls.

It began with making the decorative recycled glasses for beautyful wrapping….

Above: Celeste (left) and her friend Tolinde created these for me, loved how they put the colors together… it would have taken me hours, but they were done so fast, and with lots of fun.

Rolling, rolling, rolling chocolate balls together with Rune till late in the evening, and tasting of course.

Then dipping in chocolate, and some more tasting

Packing them, adding finishing touches for a “Sale-able” look.

Crispy on the outside, soft on the inside. Yum!

Ok, I can seriuosly still smell the chocolate – do you believe they were good?
